Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation top, super nettes Team, Lage sehr gut, tolle Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt.Leider Baustelle direkt nebenan, ab 08:00 wochentags Presslufthämmer, derzeit viele Kräne in Blickrichtung der Terrasse. Parkmöglichkeiten am Wochenende eingeschränkt da SEHR voll, Parkplatz wird auch für Volksfeste genutzt und dann zu großen Teilen gesperrt, was problematisch sein kann.Müllentsorgung etwas umständlich, aber gut machbar.WLAN verbesserungsbedürftig.Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmt!Vermieter/Agentur sehr professionell, hilfreich und freundlich!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Das einzige Manko war das die Unterkunft recht weit von lazise entfernt ist , ca eine Stunde zu Fuß. Man ist schon auf ein Auto oder den Bus angewiesen.Die Schlüsselübergabe findet im Büro statt das ca 10 min von der Unterkunft mit dem Auto entfernt ist . Danke für den reibungslosen Ablauf. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

moderne kleine Wohnung, Vermieter kompliziert

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Relativ klein, aber modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Zu zweit perfekt. Zu dritt eher ungünstig, da das Bettsofa in der Wohnküche steht und das Geschirr knapp bemessen war. Die Lage zwischen Lazise und Peschiera ist ok, aber nicht top. Zu beiden Städten etwa 10 min mit dem Auto (bei Staus auch gern mal 30 min). Einkaufen und Gardasee ebenfalls nah, aber nicht gleich um die Ecke. Was uns genervt hat, waren 2 Dinge: a) die Müllentsorgung ist in Italien ja schon kompliziert, in diese Wohnung aber schlecht geregelt. Man muss seinen eigenen Müll ganz bis nach Lazise bringen (oder 20€ zahlen) b) die Kommunikation war uns persönlich zu viel. Zunächst ist die Registrierung bei Regarda notwendig. Dann 4 Aufforderungen, Teilbeträge zu überweisen (3 Teilzahlungen plus Kaution, warum nicht gleich alles zusammen). Und diverse Mails und WhatsApp vor und während des Urlaubs. Die Mitarbeiter von Regarda waren zwar alle sehr nett. In Summe aber much too much. Ach ja: Wohnungsübergabe mit Abholung/Abgabe der Schlüssel nicht vor Ort sondern im Büro in Lazise. Fazit: tolle Wohnung, Vermietung nicht perfekt geregelt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Dachterrasse war absolut super! Die Wohnküche hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas wohnlicher sein dürfen. Für eine Weinregion hätten wir bessere Weingläser erwartet. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft und beste Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort.
