The Caesar three-room apartment is the splendid result of a total renovation. It is located about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach, on the first floor of the residential complex called Sole del Garda with an adult pool and a children's pool (open from 20/04 to 30/09) immersed in greenery and outdoor parking spaces. The apartment has a double bedroom and a room with two single beds that can be joined, a modern bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The living area consists of a kitchen corner with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and toaster, dining table and sofa bed. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, satellite TV available to guests. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the house.

The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
