Villa delle Coste is located a short distance from the centre of Lazise, easily reachable on foot. The villa is set in a large garden with numerous olive trees and features a large swimming pool with a spacious relaxation area.
On the ground floor, the open space includes a living room with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, and a dining room with a large glass table. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything needed to cook for the whole family.
A separate room houses the laundry area with direct access to the rear garden and a full bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, you can access the large garden and the outdoor terrace, furnished with a dining table and a large sunshade. On the terrace, you can use the BBQ for enjoyable grilling.
On the first floor of Villa delle Coste, there are three double bedrooms.
