"Communication with host was amazing and even let us check in early. There isn’t 3 bedrooms . There is 2 bedrooms with the “third bedroom” which is located in the dining room with no privacy . So If you do have young children they will wake up everyone in the home. None of the bathrooms lock and the back door to the backyard doesn’t lock from the inside which can be dangerous . The only shower is located into one of the bedrooms . They have tons of toys and amenities for young children. The other two bedrooms are good size . "

"We enjoyed this condo very much. The location was great to reach downtown Mooresville, and the nice, safe neighborhood was very walkable. All supplies were very well stocked, but the kitchen had absolutely everything you could ask for, from oil and a large variety of spices to an impressive amount of cookware & utensils. The host left some nice touches, like yummy gourmet cookies, a binder of area recs and a Brita water pitcher. One thing to note is the unit is on the corner of a busy street and there is some road noise, but nothing that kept us awake. The only thing that could be improved on is updating the bathrooms. None of these things would keep me from returning. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it."

"The house was super clean and inviting was super family friendly also gave my pets a place to run around outside in the back yard kids definitely had a fun time in the kids room with the basketball arcade games and slide bed along with all the outdoor activities in the back yard with the huge checkers and trampoline "

"This was the perfect spot for a weekend stay in Mooresville. The home is large and well stocked, and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thank you!"

"The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we found them in the dryer. There were bugs all over the window sill in the bathroom, and the coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I hate giving reviews like this, but if this apartment was given a bit more care, it would be a great place to stay. But if you are paying for “luxury” this isn’t it. "
