It benefits from a large enclosed garden as well as a large heated and private swimming pool in an adjoining enclosure, with a slatted terrace, sun loungers and parasols, and a pétanque court.

On the ground floor a large air-conditioned living room with
- a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) - a dining area - a lounge area with wood stove and stereo - a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with access to a beautifully restored old bread oven - a bathroom - a separate toilet - a large covered terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and a fridge-freezer
On the first floor:
- a mezzanine with lounge area, equipped with a large TV and a DVD player
- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed
- a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds

The house is located 3 km from the village of Buisson de Cadouin with all shops , its weekly market on Friday mornings, its cinema and its SNCF station.

You will find upon your arrival the minimum necessary before leaving on vacation, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.
Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.
Bed and bathroom linen is not included in the price, as our customers usually prefer to save this cost. However, we offer an optional complete set of bed and bath linen for €23 per person per stay.
It can be ordered and paid after booking.

A mandatory package of "interim cleaning"" is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave.
