“Air conditioning didn’t work on a night of 37c. 5 beds crushed into a room thatwastiny and dirty. Insects in room. Never been dusted. Foul smell. No kettle. Ti y sink in bedroom and no simk in bathroom. This was supposed to be a family room only suitable for a family of mice.”
