Come and stay in this beautiful apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift, ideal for welcoming 2 people. You will enjoy a privileged setting with a magnificent sea view from your balcony. Just 50 metres from the beach, you can reach the seaside in just a few moments and enjoy swimming at any time of day. For a change of scenery, the residence also puts a heated communal swimming pool at your disposal, open from mid-June to mid-September.

Apartments hoomy12974 and hoomy12975 are not interconnecting, but they are located side by side. They can be booked simultaneously if needed.



Upon arrival at the apartment, you will discover the living area with the lounge corner, equipped with a sofa, a television and access to the balcony. Just next to it are a dining table and the open kitchen. Fully equipped, it has electric hobs, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle and a filter coffee maker.



You will have a room on the upper floor with a King Size bed (180 x 200), which can be pushed together to form a large bed.



An adjoining bathroom with a hairdryer is at your disposal. An independent toilet is also available.



To park, a numbered private parking space is provided for you.
