「Very friendly staff」

「The property was nice but unfortunately the staff was neither welcoming nor helpful.」

「We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. 「We stayed 1 night. The hotel is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful. You can park in front of the hotel for a fee. The breakfast was ok, too heavily on the carbs/sweets.」

「Couldn't be better」

「Ch Haut-Brisson must be the best kept secret in all of the Bordeaux area! 「This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux.」

「The staff is nice. If the hotel provides daily room cleaning will be much better. the hotel is a bit far from the city Centre of Bordeaux 」
