“Without a doubt the best house we have stayed in.. ever! We booked it on a bit of a whim but it was such an incredibly relaxing and resourceful break. The house is so peaceful and has everything you need to relax but also entertain a full family (ours range from 4 to 50!) Grant has made this house so comfortable and easy to live in but it also retains such charm. Small details make a difference and the pool and outside area are superb. The garden and pool area has a calm ambience and is spacious with multiple separate areas providing space for different activities. We enjoyed the pool and terrace. The location is in a quiet part of the town and 20 to 30 minutes walk to centre of a fairly big town but lots of parking in town if you choose to drive. The many valley of D’ordogne attractions near Sarlat are an hour to hour and a half drive away, with Brantôme……

“From the time of the booking which we made over 18 months ago prior to our actual stay, the host, Marc was extremely communicative and responsive. We were greeted at the property by Sandrine and her husband who were charming. The facilities at the property were 2nd to none. The swimming pool was well kept as was the hot tub, the rooms were clean and the outdoor kitchen was a terrific asset. “Check in and communication was fantastic and very easy. Grant (the host) was super friendly and brought us much appreciated pizzas on the first night. Facilities were really good, with the games room being an added bonus to keep all amused in the evenings. Plenty of outside space for games and lovely shady areas. Great pool area and covered seating area, though a parasol would have been much appreciated for peak sun when on the sunbeds.Lots to explore in the area with highlights being the old……

“Goede informatie vooraf via VRBO op de website, foto's conform de realiteit. Fijn contact vooraf met de eigenaar ivm diverse vragen. We kregen ook tips mbt restaurants en goede info vooraf voor de incheck. Het huis zelf ligt rustig maar vlakbij het dorp (bakker 2 minuten met de auto of 10 min lopen). Bergerac en Perigieux op max 30 minuten rijden. Ruime woonkamer, complete keuken met inventaris, ruimte slaapkamers met voldoende bergruimte, 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten wel fijn. Kleine electra……
