Nous sommes dĂ©solĂ©s mais nous n’avons pas passĂ© de bonnes vacances la premiĂšre semaine du mois de juillets 2025Car votre annonce ne prĂ©cise pas que nous sommes obligĂ©s de passer par la dĂ©sagrĂ©able agence immobiliĂšre Foncia (donc forcĂ©ment des frais supplĂ©mentaires sont inclus )Logement enclavĂ© entre des terrasses trĂšs bruyantes et une rue commerciale face Ă  un restaurant donc Ă©galement trĂšs bruyante Impossible de dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes par 30 degrĂ©s la nuit (canicule oblige) et avec des camions frigos stationnĂ©s moteurs en marche des 5 h du matin .a noter qu’il n’y a pas de Clim mais seulement 2 ventilateurs De plus logement annĂ©es 70 mal insonorisĂ© donc cage d’escalier bruyanteAinsi bruits des voisins Ă©galement En fait le seul point positif c’est la vue merEt c’est pour cela que nous avions fait ce choix Les photos Ă©taient allĂ©chantes mais la rĂ©alitĂ© est tout autre Telle est grande ma dĂ©ception rapport au tarif Ce descriptif pour vous alerter sur Ă  quoi il faut s’attendre .Ceci pour vous permettre de prendre la bonne dĂ©cision en toute connaissance de cause Bref ne succombez pas Ă  la vue mercar normalement c’estUn an de boulot pour se payer une semaine de vacances agrĂ©able et reposante Ă  la mer

Un balcon sur la mer

7 jours de plein soleil.Appartement d'une surface impressionnante par rapport à l'annonce. Et surtout un grand balcon directement sur la plage et la mer. Dommage que la chambre n'ai pas été aménagée avec plus de goût et moins encombrée de meubles et canapé beaucoup trop gros.Rideau de cette chambre à remettre en état. La propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer donc décrassage obligatoire à notre arrivée. Sinon tout le reste était parfait. On retient cette adresse pour l'année prochaine.
