“This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.”

“The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the……

“总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。”

“Comfortable beds and rooms. Looks like everything was recently renovated. Breakfast was well done with a surprising amount of choices, and the breakfast room was pretty. Just a couple minutes from the chateau and easy parking. ”

“This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us……

The family room worked especially well for our group of four friends, offering plenty of space and the convenience of two full bathrooms. The main drawbacks are that the property feels quite dated and could benefit from renovations. The carpet was worn and had an unpleasant odor, and our biggest issue was a strong musty smell throughout the property. Room 24 also had a noticeable sewage……

“Personeel zeer vriendelijk, parkeren is er een luxe vlak voor het hotel , kamer zeer schoon . Ontbijt perfect maar het avondeten bezorgt door een traiteur beviel ons minder . We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak.”
