The room was remodeled. They didn't remodel the sink. The coffee was watered down. It was like drinking hot water. They had apples and oranges but no bananas.

The people who worked at the hotel were nice but the property was run down, the heater didn’t work correctly, there was a train that was right beside the hotel and as the trains went by they would blow their horns, which doesn’t make for a good nights sleep when this happens over and over and over. The shower had great water pressure but the bathroom down falls were the toilet seat had a big chip on the front and a sharp edge plus a shower that had holes in the wall that they tried to paint and instead of fixing so the paint was chipping away. All in all, this hotel should be rated a 6 or less.

Comfortable? NOPE!!
We came in for a family funeral. Yes it was snowy. Our room was closest to the side door. We understood that it was a pet-friendly but we didn't expect to be walking in pet urine every single time we entered and exited the building. People with pets should have a designated area for pets to relieve themselves, like 15-20 feet away from the door as not to inconvenience all guests. Don't get me wrong, we have a dog but there is no evidence that we have one when we travel. The dog was not with us on this trip. Stepping thru the urine soaked snow on the sidewalk and entrance to the building sure made us smell like pet people. The exercise room was unusable. It was more of a closet as there were tools on the floor. It was serious lacking in exercise equipment. The pool didn't appear useable. We picked this hotel to help us during the several days that we would be there due to the funeral. The paint needed repaired and tile behind the toilet needed reattached. The refrigerator didn't have any shelves. We were not at all comfortable with our stay. We were very uncomfortable with our stay, it was not at all what we expected.

It was just okay for the price. There were cigarette butts and beer bottle caps all around the parking lot. Entryway door was stuck open.

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub that the listing says it has. The hot tub was out of service and has been for quite some time. For this reason, we will not stay here again. Staff were friendly and the room was ok. Beds were small.

Water was dripping down in the shower from the light in the shower. Apparently there was a leak in the floor above. I told the front desk and they said maintenance would take a look at it next day. They did not sound surprised, so it wasn’t a new leak

Great stay with only one negative.
Overall my stay was great. Friendly service, clean room with great ammenities. My only negative is that the room had somewhat of an odor to it. Not unbearable but noticable.
