「Van alles deugde niet: de gegevens om het huis binnen te komen werden steeds maar niet verstuurd. Op mails kwam lange tijd geen antwoord. De schoonmaal liet erg te wensen over: afwasmachine was niet uitgeruims; de wasmachine zat nog vol met nat wasgoed - bizar. Als het regende lekte het dak, zodat de badkamervloer nat werd. En nog meer, maar ik stop er maar mee.」

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette spacieuse et confortable maison située à 35 minutes de Royan. Nous a avons particulièrement profité de al terrasse et du barbecue ! Propriétaires très disponible et à l écoute ! Encore merci !」

「Maison spacieuse, grandes pièces Bien située, environnement agréable et calme Petit bémol : La propreté du gite laisser à désirer, nous avons du nettoyer le lave vaisselle, le sèche linge, et beaucoup d'ustensiles... Dommage, car sinon , la maison et l extérieur sont sympa et sécures pour les enfants . La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est charmante, et nous lui avons fait part de nos réserves, on espère que cela sera pris en compte pour les prochains locataires.」

「Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui se rend disponible pour toutes questions. Le chalet est bien agencé, le parc est très calme, les infrastructures sont un peu vieillissantes mais une salle de jeux est disponible ainsi qu'un terrain de basket/foot extérieur en plus du lec et de la piscine.」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Le logement est parfait pour deux couples avec enfants : piscine hors-sol, balançoire, ping-pong, billard… Le terrain clos est idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment en cuisine. Belles pièces et espace extérieur charmant, au calme et à 15min de voiture de Cognac. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !」

「Very comfortable with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of outdoor space and we loved the pool. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyable days out. Saintes was a particular favourite. Nothing went wrong but we felt reassured that Bernal would sort out any problems. Grateful thanks.」

「Das Haus ist dreckig und runtergekommen. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage nicht minder. Die im Haus lebende Maus steht angeblich unter Tierschutz? Es gab kaum einen Gegenstand der nicht kaputt oder dreckig war. Der Vermieter hatte kein Interesse an einer Klärung und auch ein Preisnachlass war keine Option. Wir haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und die Hölle verlassen.」

「It was justo a quick arangement for a short stay. The place is isolated from any kind of entertainment, but It was easy to reach and easy to Connect with main road at departure.
