  • Welcome to our charming maisonnette, nestled in a quiet, family-friendly residence in Le Pouliguen, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the wild coastline. The location is perfect year-round, especially for enjoying the autumn high tides.



    This cozy, inviting space is ideal for a seaside getaway. Relax in the living area with armchairs, TV, and an open kitchenette, fully equipped for home-style cooking. Upstairs, the mezzanine features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The house offers Wi-Fi and a Chromecast on the TV—perfect for relaxing evenings.



    Linens are provided, so you can travel light and enjoy your holiday stress-free.



    Outside, enjoy a private terrace with excellent sunlight throughout the day.



    The property is in a secure, peaceful, and green family residence, with a caretaker present year-round.



    The residence also has a pool open from June 15 to September 15.



    Reach the beach in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as bike paths, coastal trails, and local shops. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Le Pouliguen, surrounded by sea, nature, and tranquility.



    The entire accommodation is yours to enjoy.



    Please note: The stairs to the mezzanine are a bit steep, so take care when using them.
