“We were skeptical of the low-contact management of this property, but the communication ahead of time was more than sufficient and everything was just as the property manager said it would be. “Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas……

“This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise.
Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants.
The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful.
The room is spacious enough for two people.
The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”
