"From the minute we walked in until the minute we left the people working there were so friendly and accommodating. The place was spotless Love love love!"

"I got straight scammed. I paid the upcharge for an upper floor room. What they don’t tell you is the lowest floor of the hotel is 6- which they call an upper floor. I paid the upcharge but stayed on the same floor I would have at the lower rate. Floors 2-5 are parking and 6 is the first actual hotel floor. They refused to give me the money back- just for the upcharge and said they consider all floors upper level. If all floors are upper level so the upper level charge is pretty much a scam to get more money out of you and then when you call them out on it they refuse to give you the upcharge back. It’s a prick way to do business."

"Breakfast is good! They need to develop a system to address situations where they are out of a breakfast item(s). Not currently in place."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! It was fabulous! I loved the history and the art deco style. The staff was amazing! Our room was not ready when we arrived but they gave us drink vouchers for the bar. We had dinner at restaurant in the hotel and it was fabulous as well. Perfect place to stay to celebrate a special occasion. "
