"Great location, but it's a second-floor apartment and the steps are no joke. Not suitable for folks with mobility issues. Also, although there were no pet hairs in the unit, there are pets downstairs. If you're super allergic, that could be a problem. There's a half-sized fridge, a toaster oven and an induction cooktop, but the kitchen sink is in the laundry room -- so not a great place if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Having said all that, the location was great for us -- close to the U of O...

"The kitchen was nice and updated. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were not great quality. The sofa is "hard as a rock." Overall, it was a fine stay. Wouldn't seek it out for a second stay."

"We were so pleased with this property. It was very well appointed and every need was quickly met by the host, Logan. We brought our dog and she was very welcome, with food and water bowls, towels and blankets just for her. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again."

"This was a great find! The host is a wonderful, God-fearing woman who was very helpful. She offered recommendations for the area and provided pleasant conversation. The rental was spacious and the AC kept the place comfortable. The beds were great and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to be had. Navigating the loft will be difficult for those that are older or heavy, but the two beds downstairs should help alleviate that issue. Will book again next time we're in town for a Ducks game!"
