The property was nice sized for a family stay of 4. Nicer quality beds and pillows would be nice for folks doing a longer stay, and maybe a king bed in one of the rooms for adults.

Clean and comfortable well supplied. Only complaint was Expedia didn't give us info on how to enter the condo. Had to contact the owner which was not convenient.

Great Place!

The property was beautiful! It had everything we needed plus some things we didn't know we needed! Trista was great and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a place to stay...I would highly recommend!

This condo was very nice and clean. It is located in the middle of dinning or shopping. Very easy to find . I would highly recommend this condo and i would definitely stay here again. We came here for a snowmobile trip and loved it. There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable here. I would highly recommend the shot in the dark saloon to eat at right down the street.

Best little condo

We had an amazing stay!! Everything was so easy from renting the condo to all the communication, finiding the condo and checking out! We came from Colorado to last my grandpa to rest and this just made everything a little less stressful! Thanks to the wonderful owners for allowing us to stay at your condo! It was the perfect size and was very accommodating.

Honest and well organized

Enjoyed the stay, few things to consider the place had a musty smell at first, the dishwasher didn’t clean so we started before we left hoping things were clean and need to cut back the weeds growing up on the ramp. But overall we would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in the Black Hills

This apartment was perfect for my son and I to stay during our three-night skiing vacation. - Location: Right in the middle of Lead. We skied at Terry Peak, which was an easy ten-minute drive away. - Material condition: Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc., were all in good shape. Appliances were fairly new and everything worked. - Cleanliness: No problems here at all. - Comfort: Each room has an individual thermostat. There were ample supplies of blankets and towels. - Host support: We didn't need anything specific during our stay, but the check-in process was easy. We had no complaints at all, and would be happy to stay here again.

Condo in the hills

The condo was clean. Located on 2 level of 3 story apartment complex. Air conditioner very noisy. It did not cool the bedrooms. There was a fan in one bedroom but it was noisy as well. No screens on windows.

Very nice condo. Exactly as advertised.

In spite a bit of a snafu at check in, everything was very good. Comfortable and clean, good location, pleasant host. One suggestion: the condo could use a good teapot and a coffee maker. A Kurig doesn’t do it for those of us who like better coffee and well steeped tea.
