Fun place to stay, lots to do, clean property

Nice, clean house with many amenities, close to Lead and Deadwood. Neighborhood has a nice clubhouse with a clean pool my family enjoyed swimming in. Only issue was that on our second to last night someone, who I assume works for the property management company, put too much chlorine in the hot tub so we weren’t able to sit in it.

Magnificent

We all fell in love as soon as we walked in. We felt like we were up north. The the rustic decor and homey feeling. The neighborhood is very quiet. This was the very best communication, information and ease that I have ever received from a rental site.

Beautiful cozy home bordering black hills national forest

This was our second stay at a property owned by Kandolin. The home is beautifully finished with granite countertops, rustic woodwork, and thoughtful design. A luxurious weekend retreat. We love that this property and the other we rented allow use of the garage—such a huge perk in the winter! The hot tub was wonderful each night. It’s so peaceful in this development and nothing says vacation like soaking in a spa while looking out at the stars and the forest. We will continue to book and enjoy her properties!

Excellent place to stay in Lead and wonderful management company too. We had a small problem with the internet while there and they fixed it very quickly. Clean, well appointed house that held six of us with no troubles at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Summer Vacation

We stay in the Hills every summer. We like to try new places with each stay and this one did not disappoint! The home was exactly as listed. Our family really enjoyed the beautiful deck and outdoor furniture. Many games and memories were made sitting out on the deck enjoying the hills. The home was clean and well maintained. Our kids are already asking to rebook this home for next year!

Great for a Smaller Group

We had 3 couple. Each couple had their own bathroom with an extra by kitchen/family room. Love this place, I have stayed twice and will defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful home! Our favorite was the covered deck off the kitchen with two patio tables/comfy chairs

Great neighborhood, too. We loved that it was well stocked with nice towels, dishes, beautiful decorations throughout the house, nice furniture, comfy beds, etc. Definitely would recommend this place.

We had a great time, got a good snowfall the night before we arrived. The host was great and very accommodating. The only two knocks on the property are the driveway and garage leave some to be desired for parking, and the water pressure in the house is very poor, something needs to be done to address that.
