Fun in the Black Hills

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Chalet!! The man cave was a definite hit for our March Madness watching family!! Also, it's just a short walk to the ski resort! Loved everything about this place!

Our group loved our stay! SO close to Terry Peak, so it was nice to be able to walk to & from our events. We loved the huge deck & being able to sit outside day or night. Clean. Great communication! We would definitely be back again!

Beautiful house!

This house is amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Our 6 children absolutely loved being able to sit in the hot tub and us adults liked sitting on the porch playing cards. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your house with all of us.

Great Weekend Away with Friends

Large Hot tub and great deck for hanging out. My friends and I really enjoyed our Deadwood weekend getaway! The kitchen is stocked with all dishes that we needed and there are lots of cozy blankets for chilly nights on the deck. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the house and proximity to Terry Peak. Was furnished great with comfy beds. Septic System froze on on last day. No one's fault, just one of those things that happens. Owner was great to work with and communicated quickly to make new arrangements for our group of 6 for our last night. Definitely a great place to stay and great owners.

This property was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only suggestion would be a bigger water heater to keep up with all the showers with large group. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Black Hills Stay

Very happy with the stay. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the place, so if you are used to that luxury or going in the middle of the summer you might expect a little higher temperatures than normal. Outside of that the place is very nice and in a great quite part of the black hills. You are about an hour to 1.5 hours a way from anything that you would want to visit in the Black Hills. Overall I am very happy with the stay.

Summer in south dakota

The house was nice. Outdoor area was a huge plus since it was shaded by the roof as the property doesn't have AC. The only real downside is small water heater. We knew it was small after day 1 but 4 minute showers still only allowed 3 before water was cold. When your house sleeps 10 you need huge water heater or tankless option.
