Black hills get away

Beautiful property, Prime location, easy access, Very clean and fully furnished New build, would recommend to anyone and would definitely return, Thank you for the stay.

Winter Snowmobile Trip

Property was clean, well kept, decently stocked and within feet of the snowmobile trail system. House was basically brand new! House worked great for our group of 4, hot tub was clean and in good working order. Although we didn’t use it, access to the garage was a bonus. Over a great rental. One down side was the drive way is fairly steep and I couldn’t get my 29ft trailer into the driveway without it dragging and there isn’t any street parking so we had to park the trailer a couple blocks away at a trailhead parking area.

Reviewer Comments: Located in a newer area of PowderHouse Pass, it's surrounded by plenty of trees and a great area.A relaxing atmosphere with most everything you need. Unit was clean,fresh, and quite new. Hot tub was a plus after a day of hiking and skiing. The walls were built a bit thin so you hear more across the entire unit including next door. The driveway is at slightly steep grade, so if there is snow be cautious on entry and exit.

Nice place but hard to find

Reviewer Comments: Really nice house with a great layout. we had the address in GPS, but with no signage that was clearly visible we were not sure we were at the house. Odd pulling into a place and trying to code hoping it was the right house. Location was good for going to Terry Peak skiing. Neighbors had snowmobiles, so a little noisy, but they settled down early enough so we could sleep. Still find it odd how much is expected at checkout as far as the guests cleaning the home. I understand not leaving it a mess, but to strip the beds, take out garbage, and empty the dishwasher, etc seems like a lot on vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. While Trailside Hideaway was more than what we needed, it was perfect. The new home was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. Probably one of the top 3 stocked kitchens we have ever had while traveling. We had use of the garage which was so nice with the cold nights. The place also offers a hot tub, fireplace and comfy beds. This is a town home. There wasn't another party staying in the other rental so I can't speak to that. Communication and check in/checkout ease was great. I love having a binder at the rentals I stay at. It makes everything more enjoyable. Overall we loved it here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

It was a beautiful house. For 3 couples it was awesome. Super comfortable beds, hot tub was excellent and the garage came in handy for parking our sxs’s. The open floor layout was great. Would definitely recommend it . Will be staying here again on our next trip down.

Nice Location SXS Home

Our family had a good time using this home as a landing place for our side by side trip. Close to Lead and Deadwood and a quick ride to trails.As stated in the fine print, they do not stock bathroom toiletries, so be sure to pack some. There are also no dressers to store clothing in, as the house feels brand new.Comfortable beds, very clean and the living room furniture was great!
