Enjoy the perfect balance of having 2 separate living spaces, joined by an interior pass-through door. Perfect for 2 families, a group with teens that want their own space, or families that would benefit from having 2 kitchens and extra space. The main house is street level with 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, & ample space. The apartment below offers 1 bedroom (+1 sofa bed), 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. Located 5mi to Terry Peak Ski, 3mi to Deadwood, & close to 4X4 trails.
