Beautiful Home - Perfect For Large Group

This home is beautiful. All 5 bedrooms were king beds and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Perfect for a large group of friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Week in the Mountains

This cabin is perfectly laid out for everyone to have privacy but also spend time together. We were able to eat and play games together every night, but let to kids get up early and the others sleep in. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay

Cottonwood Pass house was a great place for a group to stay. The location is close to a lot of sights, and activities. The 5 king bedroom suites is a great plus for a group. The rest of the house is very open, and roomy. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room to cook, eat, and visit. The property manager answered all of my questions quickly whenever I asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Really Nice!

The house was beautiful and in an excellent location that felt very private and provided ample opportunity to view wildlife. Our party of 5 couples were very happy with the King Suites and the bedding/towels were so comfortable. The only issue we encountered was low water pressure within the showers but it wouldn't deter us from renting again!

Modern and Beautiful

The property was amazing and the set up was perfect for two families. It had everything we needed. The only downfall was the drip coffee maker was painfully slow; as in 25 min to brew a full pot. So bring your own coffee maker and your stay will be perfect!

First and Best Experience

If you want a beautiful home, with gorgeous views a a peaceful atmosphere. This is the game for you. Jonna checked in with me the day of our stay. The home was bright and pretty. Very clean and comfortable. The view from the back patio was breathtaking. There were trails right from the house. When we have another group go back to South Dakota, this is where I will stay

Awesome weekend

Four couples spent a long weekend riding side by sides. We loved the house! Great location, stocked with all essentials! Heated garage was great for the side by sides. King size beds and each bedroom has their own bathroom which was so nice. The code did not work when we arrived but after it was reset it was fine. The fireplace did not work and was under assumption someone would be out to fix it which never happened. That would have been it even cozier but overall we loved the house and location!

Lovely Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Cottonwood. The home is as described in the listing and very lovely. Enough room for large families and/or gatherings. A full bathroom and king size bed in each room is a rare plus and was one of the main reasons why we chose The Cottonwood...no pulling straws for rooms! The area is beautiful and very peaceful one can definitely get much needed R&R while enjoying the beautiful view. There is lots to do downtown and visiting the quaint shops is a must. I would definitely stay at the The Cottonwood again. My only recommendation to the Host is to have management do a walk through a day before guest check-in. When we arrived, we noticed that a few things needed to be fluffed, kept and a tad bit more organized.

Great Place and easy way to access trails. Just no communication from property manager.

This is a great property and easy way to access the trails. The only issue we had was there was no communication from owner in regards to putting asphalt down on the driveway. A guy stopped by on Monday night letting us know what was going on and wondered if property manager got ahold of us. (Which was a no). Other than that we had a great time and would stay here again.

Another great weekend!

This is our 2nd year at this property. We had another great weekend. The house is set up really great for multiple couples. Love that all the rooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. We drove 8.5 hours and this trip had no setbacks along the way and with the time change arrived at 2:30/3:00 and we had hoped we could get in the house an hour early to use bathrooms and change and we were told we had to wait until exactly 4:00. I would never expect to get in hours early but I didn’t think 1 hour was that big of a deal. The kitchen was less stocked this time compared to last year. (Saran wrap, tin foil, garbage bags, etc). We had brought all of that last year and the house had it all so this year we didn’t bring any of that stuff and it was not there, but we just assumed it would have the same stuff but most likely stuff other renters had just left there.
