Great for Large Family Gatherings

Beautiful property with lots of room and space for everyone. We loved that there were 3 king beds for the adults and 3 queens for the kids all in the loft where they could hangout together. TVs in all of the rooms made it easy to relax away from the group when we needed a time out. Would comeback to this property and highly recommend to others!

Weekend Getaway

Thank you Budi we had a wonder weekend getaway with friends. We have stayed in many places and this is by far one of the best. Easy to get to and close to nearby activities. The amenities on for this property were top notch. From the extra cozy blankets around the fireplace to the beach towels for the hot tub. Not to mention all the high-end offerings in the kitchen. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Our favorite was the ice maker and an extra frig in the garage!! When you have a houseful, it was super handy having all "the extras" that made this property special. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Ponderosa for a UTV adventure in the Black Hills and it was outstanding! Besides having some of the finest trails and roads to ride, with some of the most terrific views in the world, the Ponderosa was the perfect house to stay in. It was centrally located for riding in the northern Black Hills, was extremely well appointed with amenities that far exceeded our expectations. We had garage space with a wash hose for our machines and ample parking for trucks and trailers. The house was delightful with plenty of room for 4 couples. Very nice kitchen with all the utensils needed and plenty of room for seating. Very comfortable beds and nice pillows! The place was very clean and seemed very new and fresh! The ice maker in the garage was terrific for beverages and for ice for coolers. Fire pit and hot tub were perfect for winding down and relaxing in the evening!Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! It made our stay in the Black Hills terrific! We would rate the Ponderosa a 10 out of 5 and would definitely stay again in the future!

If I had one thig to complain about it was the lack of response from the rental company. We had left a handful of messages trying to get an early check in to drop off our luggage prior to an evening hunt. This process took hours to get a return call despite calling all available numbers. When we finally did get a call back the lady informed us that they could not let us in early because the snow removal had not been completed yet and it was a safety issue which we understood. However, the 3 nights we were there, it snowed each day yet not once did anyone come to clean snow.
