Great for family!

Everything was great! Nice quiet neighborhood, well-equipped house, quick access to Ski Cooper and plenty of room for our 6 family members. This was our second stay at this property and we will stay here again.

Weekend MTB Race

We visited Leadville for a HS mountain bike race and had an excellent time. The property was a perfect base for our excursions, and we loved being tucked away in the forest. If there's another race in Leadville next year, this will be the first place we consider staying.

We really loved the house and the quiet neighborhood. The space was comfortable overall, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor grill, both of which were pretty clean and made our stay relaxing. It was also neat that the owner shared his 100-mile race memorabilia, which gave the home a personal touch.There were a few downsides. The downstairs stayed chilly, and we couldn’t get it to warm up. We also noticed a couple of pots in the cupboard that still had food residue inside. While the home itself was great, the neighbors did complain about our parking even though we were not parked close to their house, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. Unfortunately, we also felt that the neighborhood wasn’t very Hispanic-friendly.Overall, the house itself was wonderful!

March 2024 Visit

Great property that suited our family very well! We had one small issue with the hot tub that was resolved very quickly by property management (very responsive and easy to communicate with). The only negative was no garage access to park cars to avoid cold/snow and have easier access to the house...parents are older and were having to navigate icy/snowy front steps to enter house...we would like to have known that prior to booking as the garage parking was assumed from the exterior pictures and an amenity we were looking for. Otherwise, great place and would recommend!
