First time stay. Quaint, quiet and perfect for a short weekend getaway with my husband. He loved looking out the window next to the fireplace in the chair and also sitting outside on the shared couches listening to the river. The room was clean and well stocked

Love the view out of the rooms onto the River! This is our second stay and it feels like the rooms have been updated and modernized since the last time we were here. Absolutely love this property. We were able to put our chairs in the river at the bottom of the property and just enjoy the heat and swimming!

Everything is great. Great location, the river...The room was clean. Easy check in. Could have couple bottles of drinking water in the room. There was a little ice to use in the fridge, but very little. They can put an ice machine for common use.

We stayed at All Seasons River Inn for the last leg of our 30th anniversary PNW road trip and it was perfect in every way! The property is beautiful...just like the photos on Expedia. We stayed in the Colorado/Cottonwood apartment and it was clean, well maintained, had nice furnishings, and an amazing view for days. Property management was attentive, check-in was easy, and we can't wait to go back and stay even longer. If you want a peaceful retreat just outside of the downtown area of Leavenworth, then this is the place.
