Cozy cabin
This cabin was very clean and, lots of fun stuff inside the cabin, tons of board games, tons of movies, and best of all a hot tub. Kind of far from Leavenworth but the drive is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin
Right away the twinkle lights were left on to help us find it in the dark and it was very welcoming. Everything was clean, accurately presented, it was easy to warm the the inside. The hot tub was already to go. If it had been summer we would have utilitized the porch as well. We watched movies when it was too dark to be out. We really tried to leave the place as we found it per the exit I structions.

Everything was well maintained and nice. We had a good time. The hot tub didn't get very hot so that was a little disappointing but otherwise a sweet cabin. Lots more beds than in the posting by the way. The 2nd bedroom had enough bunks and beds to sleep 8..

Cozy getaway in a quiet mountain neighborhood.
This cabin was perfect for our impromtu trip to the Leavenworth area for the long weekend. The neighborhood is charming, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was great for the cold nights.

Graduation gift
This was a trip my grandson chose for his graduation gift. He had not been to Leavenworth. We had a wonderful time and the home was cozy and beautiful. We would definitly want to do this again. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous.

The cabin was clean and very, very cozy. Nice, easy walk to a private little beach. Would love to stay in this cabin again if it were not located in a neighborhood. Other issues we had, no instructions on running the pellet stove. Could not figure it out. No outdoor fire ring. We love to travel during off seasons so we can have a campfire. We were really looking forward to a romantic evening with a campfire and hot tub. It did not happen. Neighbors walking all around and lacking the amenities we specifically wanted.

Overall it was good... however the description states it is 10 minutes from downtown leavenworth.... it is about 20-25 minutes and definitely not walking distance.

Fun and comfortable cabin!
Really great cabin. Like a home away from home about 30mn from Downtown Leavenworth! Easy entrance with access code. The porch covered hot tub was amazing and offered a lot of privacy. Very clean cabin, even around the wrap around porch where I was expecting in October to run into some spider webs was not an issue. Star gazing from the front porch was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. There were also 6 bunk beds that we didn't use, would be great for kids or a larger group. Full kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils you would need. Couldn't figure out how to use the pellet fireplace, but that was ok given how fabulous everything else was. Was expecting more of a "college/kitschy vibe" from the marketed photos, but it seemed they had redecorated for fall/winter. Still fun and felt very at home and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Lots of soaps and towels for guests to use. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality!

This has to be the quietist neighborhood I've ever been in. Very relaxing stay and the tub was great. Owners very quick responding to email. Definitely worth another stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub it was clean and usable. The Kitchen was very functional. The grill needs to be replaced it has a missing knob and large portions of it were not cooking food. The surround sound was fun. The movie selection was a little disorganized (we had a hard time tracking down the family friendly titles), but that is understandable. The game selection was perfect. The interior was very clean and for a wooded area that was impressive.

We stayed here previously 2years ago in June. However the jacuzzi was not working. This time it was PERFECT!!!! All the comforts of home with EVERYTHING except a Fire pit. We brought Smore fixings. We would stay herE again. 💗

Comfy but not very clean
The comfort was great. Cleanliness not so much. Linens smell mildewy, bath mats were crusty not clean. Toilet had hair and pee around the floor. Fixtures like lightswitches, doors, windows, counter above the sink all need a major deep clean. Not sure what the cleaning fee we paid is actually doing for the owners cabin cleanliness. Not a word back from the propertu managers about my complaints.

We Got Engaged!
It was so peaceful and romantic, we got engaged! The fire pit, grill, and hot tub were well-used. The kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of ice so that Margaritas were made with the blender provided. The only downside was that there is only 1 bathroom with a very small shower stall in a very large room. I hate to even bring that up because everything else was amazing!

Winter Wonderland
Our time at this property for the holiday season was easy, 30 minutes away from downtown. The place was clean and organized, with plenty of amenities that made our family very comfortable. We even had a bad snow storm that delayed our departure a day, but the kind people of this property let us stay longer to wait out the storm. I would highly recommend this place for your next family vacation.

Very bad drive from leavenworth
Was not as close to leavenworth as add said. No view of anything other than other cabins. And on this trip was extremely concerned when fire camp was being set up 1.8 miles away. So concerning that we left one day early. No fault to owner. The property was clean and well equiped for someone to stay. Just bad timing for me and my family. Everyone was concerned about fire so we decided it was not worth risk.

We liked the location and the overall property. This cabin has everything you will need for your stay. The only thing that bothered me was the general state of disrepair. It just needs about a week with a contractor and the price would be justified. All in all a good experience!

A relaxing retreat in the mountains
I stayed here on a trip with my mom and her golden retriever. The cabin is very spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and inviting. The hot tub was just what I needed after a long drive cross country. Super quiet too. Definitely recommend.

One of the reasons I booked this property was because it had a hot tub. My sister and I both tend to be cold and we were really looking forward to warming up in the hot tub when we got to the cabin. Unfortunately, when we folded back the cover, we were totally disgusted at how filthy the tub was. It wasn't just a little dirty, there was about an inch of dirt that had settled into the low spots of the tub. It was pretty obvious that no one had bothered to clean it in some time. That sort of ruined the whole experience for me. The rest of the cabin was satisfactory but nothing special. I would not recommend this property.

I had contacted the owner a month prior, twice, prior to my trip asking about check in and never got a response. I called a week prior and left a message asking to be called back and never got a response. Day before checkin I called and was told my name didn’t appear and they would call me back and they never did. Day of checkin I called and got an automated voicemail saying they were closed and if I was checking in that day to call back at 10am. When I called again at 10am I had to let them know I still had no way of knowing checkin process and that I had been inquiring other things prior to this. I was given no answer to my other inquiries and had to provide my email (which was given at booking) to finally obtain checkin details. The location and home itself was beautiful and just what I was looking for, however, everything leading up to it was such a hassle!

Horrible chemical smell
There was a horrible chemical smell, noticeable as soon as stepping into the place. It was worst by the family room couch. We ignored it and hoped it'd just fade away. By 10pm our eyes were red. We took refuge in our bedrooms which were a little better, but when our kids came in and complained at 5am and we could see how badly the chemical was affecting us all, we left the place by 6am. This really spoiled our vacation. We had planned a big brunch at the place. We never even got to use the hot tub. We contacted VRBO who forwarded our complaint to the management, but we never heard a word from the management. We stay at a lot of VRBO places each year, and have never had an experience like this. The kitchen and shower were both dirty, btw.

Property just as advertised and recently snowed. Well stocked kitchen and hot tub warm enough to enjoy. Our kids slept well and had just enough space in the living room to play. Tough fit with the pack n' play in the 2nd bedroom. We'd stay here again.

Girls Get-Away
Place was nice and cozy. Very clean. To use the pellet stove, had to buy fire starter and new lighter. Watched a YouTube video on how to make a fire. Would be nice to have instructions and supplies on hand. Hot tub was nice and warm. Jets don’t work. Owners need to invest in maintenance on the hot tub. Place is about 15 miles outside of Leavenworth and was a nice getaway. Private and great neighborhood.

Family getaway
The Cabin was better than the pictures show but space was tight for 10. It took a while for the hot tub to heat up so the first night the hot tub wasn’t ready until much later in the night. The fire pit was great and the cabin it cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the area is beautiful. It’s a nice drive out there and the roads were clear. The DVD player wasn’t working so the kids watched the beginning of the same movie 3 times. The fees on the listing should say $20.00 per guest as an additional fee along with the nightly rate. That was unclear to me as the add is written.
