Bestie getaway
We had the best time. The condo is very comfortable, great view of the river and mountains, enjoyed having morning tea looking at the view. The location was fabulous, walking to town to eat and shop is a big plus! Having parking was another bonus. My bestie and I hadn’t had time to spend together for awhile, this is just what we needed!!

Great communication with owner, very prompt with texts. Her property is located one block from downtown, and is a beautifully decorated condo. The beds are quality mattress’s that are very comfortable as well. The garage parking was great during bad weather, and gave a level of protection during a high volume weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location! Almost everything is walkable for this lovely little town. Not only is the town close by but so is the walking trail, which is right outside the condo would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo Perfect Location
We had the best time staying here. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything you might need. You can walk to everything. We didn’t use our car once during the whole stay. The views from the balcony are amazing. We had family in Marti’s other unit and we loved gathering playing games at night and cooking dinner together. We definitely will be back.

Great Location!
The condo was super convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nature hikes. It was clean, spacious, and looked like the pictures. But some furnishings are worn (ragged rug on deck, nightstands in rough shape, some carpet stains). For us, the location was worth the lack of updating. We loved leaving the car in the parking garage and walking everywhere. Finding the correct doors and codes was confusing and to enter the garage you need to leave the car, go in, and manually open it. We figured it out, but it was a little challenging!

Perfect location
By far this property is situated in probably the best location in town. Just 1.5 blocks away from the main strip, which makes it super easy to just walk out the door and into town, without having all the noise of being right in town. Also it’s probably the one location in town that has a parking garage under it. Plus if you plan on floating the river in the summer, both the starting and end points are directly behind the complex. Makes it super handy when you don’t have to worry about driving while in a wet swimsuit.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is perfectly located for every single Leavenworth activity we did, especially the river float. And having the parking garage there is super convenient. This is a great place to stay!

Absolutely perfect location! We loved our time here and will definitely be back. Big bonus is the free parking, since Leavenworth is a difficult place to park within. Also, we had all the amenities we needed. The past few stays did not communicate with our host, so we let the owner know of any broken or or damaged things. They should all be fixed now!

Wonderful property and manager. Bad VRBO EXPERIENCE
Perfect location and parking if you’re interested in local activities. Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen and baths. VRBO, however, double booked the condo! If it weren’t for Marti’s (property manager) flexibility and kindness, we would have been stuck. She was staying in her other condo and went home so we could have it. The condos were identical. Do check with the property manager after you book to make sure VRBO got it right. The river float company is a short walk away!

Perfect family getaway to Christmastown
condo as perfect to walk to everything in town. The space was perfect for a family of 3 with a toddler. It was super clean, and appreciated all the little details from the decor, extra towels and linens and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed watching holiday movies together with the gas fire. The garage is tight but we were expecting that- could see a larger truck or SUV having a hard time getting in and out but we were prepared for that with our mid sized truck. Two coffee shops right next to condo and can see the river from the balcony.

Great location and views
A very nice condo in an older building, the view was unbeatable looking out to the mountains. Location is perfect for walking town without needing to drive (free parking in building a major plus). Balcony was fun to stand on and watch the party at the cafe next door and couches/beds were comfortable. Only downside was during checkout it was requested to take the trash out and the trash can for the building is not very easy to find or get too.

Such a great little condo right in downtown. Like other reviews have stated the parking situation is rough for a larger vehicle but awesome to be in an actual garage off the street. The condo was great for two couples and was stalked with everything you could need for a weekend getaway.

I am hesitant to share this secret place with everyone, because it might not be available for me next time. But the condo is wonderful and spacious with plenty of room for two couples. A/C works great in 107 degree July heat. Big balcony deck overlooks the village and the holiday tree lighting spot. It is directly adjacent to Waterfront Park with about a 100 yard walk Marti is a great host and responded immediately to all my dumb questions.

Two Night Relaxing Getaway
We had a very relaxing and fun stay at Alpine View Haus! The secured entry and enclosed parking were appreciated. As others have mentioned, a large truck or SUV would be a tight fit in the parking stall, but our sedan fit easily. The location felt safe, easy, comfortable and close to everything. We were there in early June, so the summer crowds hadn't arrived yet. We walked everywhere - to shop, eat, walk along the river trail. It was a great location! The condo is roomy and clean with beautiful views of mountain tops in the distance as well as a peak at the river. Marti was easy to communicate with, and helped us out when we misunderstood the no-key entry. We recommend this place!
