Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time with family! The house was perfect with a beautiful view! Pack light, the stairs are no joke in the winter! But sure was a good workout

Spectacular view!

We stayed with a group of 7 including 2 kids. House had more than enough space and tons of sleeping options. Kids loved the bunk bed room with climbing wall. Upstairs had lots of sitting space and spacious open kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals in. It snowed during our stay and we had fun in the snow outside and in the hot tub. Best part was definitely the unbelievable lake view. So gorgeous!

Beautiful stay a short distance from the mountain

Stayed at this house for a ski weekend at Steven’s Pass. Kelly was very responsive and helpful via message. The only challenge was the icy driveway — the lower driveway was extremely icy and required chains for some of our cars. Shoveling the snow wasn’t a problem, but the thick base of ice was difficult to navigate even for an adventurous group. This was a ususually snowy weekend, though, and we were able to figure it out and had a great stay!

Beautiful cabin

We stayed 5 nights. 8 people in our party. The view of the lake is spectacular. We cooked several nights and the cabin had everything we needed to prepare dinners for all eight of us. The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was very nice. Very close to the entrance of Wenatchee State Park I recommend this cabin.

Great Property

Overall it was a great stay. It is about 30 minutes from Leavenworth so be prepared. We knew this going in so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. They are not kidding about the steep driveway so be sure to read that part carefully. Beautiful view of the lake. Owner was top notch to work with.

Winter wonderland!

The house is absolutely lovely with a beautiful view! It's very quiet and spacious, with a good variety of soft and firm beds. There was even a Christmas tree up during our December stay, and it was very cozy!We had an issue with the hot tub starting which we informed the owner about. Kelly came out himself and fixed the problem for us. It was very gracious of him to help us out! This is definitely the place to be for a cozy and remote getaway that's still close to Leavenworth. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves, did some cooking and played games by the fire. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home and location

Great place

You brought our adult kids and one grandkid for our 29th Anniversary. It was a beautiful place with plenty of room for all of us. The stairs were a little challenging packing stuff up but worth it. View is beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Great location with an Amazing View!

We do a yearly ski trip with friends and this is definitely one of our favorites over the 10 plus years we have been doing the trip. The view was gorgeous and the house was well-appointed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, and provided lots of helpful info about the area.

Very nice house and area.

Very nice place to stay, we had eight people with us and if we wanted too we could have all had our own bed. You never made it down to the lake since it was October, but you can see it from the porch and there is a park down the road or I'm assuming you would get access.There's a very tight bend in the driveway so if you have a longer vehicle don't even attempt to go up it, just park at the bottom. The listing honestly made it sound like the stairs were away further than they actually are, it's maybe a couple stories worth.

Perfect spot!

The house was well appointed. The owner communicated quickly, and was available should we need anything. The deck was the primary hangout spot, and a great space for grilling out dinner. It’s hard to find dog friendly homes, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property is neglected

The view is amazing, the location is quiet but the house itself is not managed professionally.-The most of the flat surfaces were dusty -the toilet is loose-The kitchen faucet is loose(we had to use both hands to open it)-the towels are stained-nonstick pans and pots are extremely scratched-some small appliances looks like they were bought 20 years ago from thrift store.-the main door strike plate was missing so we couldn’t close the door from outside -the basement bathroom was extremely cold, we had to move the portable heater from bedroom in order to heat it up.Everyone from our group said that they won’t comeback.

Friends Weekend 2023

Our group really enjoyed our time here. The house and the views were beautiful! The only criticisms we have were the lack of full length mirrors and the dim lighting inside the house. Otherwise, we had a blast and if we ever come back again we would totally rent again!

Family adventure

Great accommodations, many pluses. Close to the lake, but far enough in the trees to not be disturbed. Very quiet and lots of room for our family of 8. A++++ on the quality of the BEDS. every bed was comfy. Top bunks downstairs will not hold adult size person, as a side note (kids only) The owner was VERY responsive from the start of the booking until the end. No hassles or troubles.

Holiday Stay

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday. We booked as a way to get our dog away from fireworks and spend a quiet holiday with family and the house provided both. It’s a great home with plenty of room for everyone and super views of the lake across the street. We walked to the lake swimming beach and it took just under an hour and was an easy walk. Mosquitos are no joke- but it’s summer so expected just plan for it. Great house and would stay again.

Amazing views

Overall the property was very nice. Lots of privacy and great views from the deck. Comfy couch and the beds were all very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bedrooms downstairs which are built so that from one of the rooms you have to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom or upstairs. The walls were also very thin. So if oeivacy isn’t an issue for you, then it’s fine.

Family Weekend

Great house. Well stocked. 2 families total of ten people. Great amenities for the kids, with plenty of space. The driveway can be tricky with any size trailer, even a small utility visited in the summer, might be tricky in the winter. Parking down the hill was ok. Lots of stairs, can see how older folks or medically fragile might not be able to move freely around the property. Overall both of our families had a great time.
