We were in the process of getting guests check into another room when we received notification from housekeeping that your room was ready. That was at 3:58PM. I would like to put your mind at ease, though, that garbage bags are for the leaves that we regularly remove from the garden. We agree that it doesn't look good, so we will change the placement of the bags. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.You mentioned in your comment that the Garden Haus was "dated." We have completely remodeled this unit and EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new. The mattress is two months old.Mattresses are highly personal and a mattress someone loves, another hates. We feel terrible that the mattress wasn't to your liking.
