“The property was lovely, and overall, our family really enjoyed our stay. The photos made the house feel a bit more spacious than it actually is, but it still had everything we needed and felt cozy once we settled in. “The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. ”
