The property was great with the exception that they are having plumbing issues. The stool in our bathroom wasn't operating properly and we decided to leave early and go to a different hotel.

Our stay was short, but very nice. We plan to come back to town in a couple of months, and this is where we plan to stay again. We’ve stayed in other area hotels, but this is the best by far.

Everything went very well, property was nice and clean. Check-in process was OK. It took quite a long time because of the woman checking in ahead of me. My only complaint would be the bathroom floor was sticky. I would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was nice. My only complaint is that there was hair all over the floor and counter top in the bathroom when we got to our room.

Great hotel if you are traveling with a handicapped person. The in room modifications are thoughtful. They also have a lift to help a handicapped person enjoy the pool.

Graduation weekend

The front desk staff were amazing. Now the bad, the door was horrible. To get in and out of the room was a task in ot self. The door was loud and hard to open. The breafast was ok. Only one choice of cooked eggs, with peppers. Not everone can eat that style. No fresh fruit other than very green banana. The kleenex box was soaked. I do not know how, but was in a cover so not noticeable unless you needed one. There was no extra blanket or pillow in the closet. We did not ask for more, we luckily had our own. We did appreiciate the bigger bottles of soap and lotion( we had our own) the very small bottles some places still use is out dated

Very friendly staff. Especially Kim and Aaron. Room, hall and check-in atea very clean. Breakfast was awful. Cold, under cooked. Pool was green and full of debris.

Comfortable room, but disgusting breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. After hours on the road, a hot shower and soft bed was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was the worst we've experienced at a hotel so far. Microwaved omelets with plastic tasting bacon. They had a waffle maker there, but the spray for the interior of the machine was literally silicone. I don't expect high-end dining at this level of a hotel, but this was not even edible. We ended up leaving and buying breakfast elsewhere.

Was staying overnight between moving and I was so impressed with the property. The staff was so kind and the building was so clean. The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was great. Wish I could stay again it was the best stay in a loooong time.

Was traveling from PA to AZ, when a snow and ice storm came in. Decided to stay here two nights for the weather to clear. Spent over $400, go there checked in and went to the room. Opened the door to find someone’s belongings everywhere. I left all my belongings there and grabbed my two dogs and went back to reception to find out I was the SECOND person in a row this happened to. Only room left had no working tv, WiFi wouldn’t work. I was stuck in a room for nearly two days with no form of entertainment but was desperate for a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. I’m still livid that I paid what I paid considering all the issues. The staff was very apologetic and friendly though.
