“I'll start by saying that it's a very pretty property and decent option if you are staying in Brenham. We prefer not to stay at a simple hotel that looked soul sucking and as we were there to see family, having somewhere to relax that had a pool and hot tub option was high on our list. “Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but……

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. Great stay for a great price! Met my minimum requirements of safety, security, and working HVAC and shower. Staff was always available when I was at the counter, check-in and check-out was smooth, and there was free continental breakfast in the mornings. My room was clean with a spacious bathroom that had lots of towels, shampoo and soap. HVAC, TV and refrigerator worked great and the Wi-Fi was pretty fast with no interruptions. “First the staff at check in was Awesome breakfast lady awesome the one I over night no way I had 2 towels and needed more for 4 people in the room he said no you only get 2 towels for all people you have to use them and bring him the dirty towels after every shower to get 2 more. Ridiculous. My sheet had lip stick stains on it and you don't get a comfortable only a sheet and the brown blanket. Beds were hard no coffee in room or iron or blow dryer. Old hotel looks like an old nursing home. ……

“Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay……
