Very responsive to any needs or requests and in a timely manner.They send detailed images and instructions for arrival and entry.The apartment was very clean throughout. The kitchen well stocked with regular drip coffee maker and an espresso maker. We did miss a bread knife to cut loaves and ice trays to make ice.The beds are comfortable and linens fresh and clean. Beach/lake towels are not available so bringing your own is……

“Les photos décrivent 2 logements différents. Celui que nous avions (situe en haut des escaliers) ne dispose pas de wifi. Pas d’eau chaude disponible le premier soir mais le plombier est passé dès le lendemain matin. A surveiller dès votre arrivée. Le lac est visible depuis la terrasse. La Clim fonctionne parfaitement et est indispensable plus de 35 degrés et le logement est sous le toit. L’équipement cuisine est au strict minimum. Les extérieurs au logement (terrasse, accès depuis le portillon)……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Nr. 1. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Küche und Bad sind ganz neu. Das Highlight ist der grandiose Blick auf den Gardasee, den man vom großen Balkon aus hat! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter-Familie sowie Checkin und Checkout waren absolut problemlos. ”

“Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Hang gelegen! Mit wunderbaren Seeblick. Die Betten sin etwas hart gewesen, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und benutzbar. Nur der Warmwasser Boiler braucht sehr lang zum warm werden und man muss schnell Duschen, weil ansonsten das Wasser kalt wird. Würde aber trotzdem wieder dahin gehen!”

“We had such a wonderful 3 days at Stephania’s apt at the end of October. This was our first trip as a family to Venice and Lake Garda. The location and view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. It’s a 6-7 minute walk along the lakeside to 2 local small supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. It’s quiet at night time and very comfortable to sleep. There are fans in the rooms if you need them and a clean fully equipped kitchen. The local people are so friendly and Stephania and did……

“The apartment is perfect for a week break in Lake Garda. Super clean, very well equiped, and the instructions to get in, and to stay in the complex are crystal clear. Super easy to reach out and talk with the owner. The location is also very nice, close to Maderno and not so far away from Limone. You can get everywhere from there. ”
