The breakfast cost me £12, the coffee barely tasted like coffee, the 'fresh' orange juice was diluting juice, diluted to the point that you could barely taste the orange cordial, the toast machine was turned off, while staff stood about at 7:30am chatting I had to locate the plug and switch it on, ...
