They are located approximately 3 km from Agios Nikitas and Kathisma village, northwest Lefkada, Ionian islands complex. All three bathrooms are complete with shower, wash basin and toilet , two bathrooms are in the main villa and the third in the basement studio .
In the main villa there is also a washing machine and a dish washer , a bed for a child is available ( upon request ) and internet access is provided for surfing and email checkings ( not suitable for downloadings due to mobile internet ) .

Large crystal clear swimming pools ( 2 ) ,exclusive use for each villa. A spacious stone patio surrounding the pool, a colorful garden, fresh vegetable garden, bbq areas, Stone bread/pizza oven, free private parking.
