“We loved the room with the whirlpool. They have upped their game. The breakfast was also very nice. Nice coffee machines ”

“My room smelled of cat pee. My coffee maker did not work at all. The breakfast they served was just unbeatable. I had to ask them to change my sheets and empty my trash!! The vending machines were nowhere near acceptable! The night manager was rude! The floor i was on smelled of pure weed!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! ”

“Lots of drunk people roaming around the entire hotel who weren’t guests. ”

“While, the lodge is charming, our room was freezing. We had the fireplace and heat as high as it would go. the room never got above 60. There was no blanket on our bed and no blankets were available in our room. The desk was unmanned after 11 and phone messages were unanswered. Hopefully, this issue has been corrected. ”

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”

“It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend ”

“I had booked a stay online. It took over 15 minutes to get into room as their card machine wouldn't work for incidentals. Additionally, I had three charges that were pending for almost a week, they ended up being resolved but was not a great overall for the stay. Breakfast very basic.”

“The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 .”

“Disgusting and dirty. Filters were caked with crud, hard to breathe with allergies. Shower lesked all over bathroom floor upon using due to bad seals on door. Steakhouse wasnt open, so had to eat at the lakeside cafe, which was overpriced and not very good. Beds are awful and uncomfortable, no fitted sheets so have fun tossing around on a sheet. The entire facility looked like the last time it was dusted or cleaned was 1980. Look up at the vents. Yuck. The lounge doesnt have enough……
