Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé 3 jours au cap ferret mi-septembre. La location correspond bien au descriptif. C'est une très elle maison, spacieuse, et au calme, tout en étant proche des commerces et de la mer (bassin et océan). La préparation de notre séjour et l'accueil par la conciergerie qui gère le bien s'est très bien passée et nous a permis d'avoir de bons conseils en amont pour location vélo, ...

Merveilleux séjour entre amis!
Idéal pour des vacances en famille avec les enfants ! 3 mn a pieds du petit centre avec boulangerie, tabac, carrefour contact, etc! Maison grande et fonctionnelle - dortoirs enfants très pratiques! Belle Piscine sécurisée avec fond mobile.

Nous avons loue cette villa a 5 couples plus nos enfants. A notre arrivee, surprise, aucun lits n'etaient fait de plus pas de serviette. Nous avons du loue des draps soit des frais supplementaires. Il est precise dans l'annonce que le menage est inclus, ceci est faux, nous avons paye une femme de menage quotidiennement tres cher de l'heure. Et cerise sur le gateau: a la sortie ils reclament pour le menage bien plus que ce sui est précisé dans l’annonce. Pour finir une semaine apres notre sortie, la proprietaire nous a reclame une essoreuse a salade et nous a reproche de la vaiselle sale. Vaiselle rangee par la femme de menage hors de prix.... Nous avons du faire un virement de de quelques euros pour recuperer notre cheque de caution. Bien evidemment nous ne recommandons cette villa a personne.

Belle maison mais un peu proche des autres et un peu bruyante
Belle décoration, équipement moderne et soigné. Un peu dommage d’avoir à faire les draps sur 3 jours et piscine en panne pendant une demi journée. Conciergerie peu souple sur la sortie.
