"Very limited check in and out windows. Never saw a single employee my entire stay. Checked in the late evening via a ring camera (as well as checkout around 8am) to get my pin for the room, no deadbolt on door, no towels to use for showering. Whole property unsupervised without staff anywhere which also made it feel unsafe. "

"We loved our stay in Madison at the Best Western Premier Park. The staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the parking garage and the attendants were quick to get our car when we needed to leave for dinner. The location can't be beat - restaurants, shopping, museums...
