「The staff were friendly and helpful, the premises clean, pool area beautiful, and airport shuttle timely and driver pleasant and engaging. The staff and food at the restaurant were also consistently excellent! I am looking for a reason to return to the Erata Hotel as soon as possible and look forward to doing so. I loved every minute I spent there!」

「My stay at east oak was lovely. The staff were so helpful, friendly and had excellent customer service. Particularly, Gabriel, Raymond, and Christabel. They were truly world class. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Delicious food with lots of options – truly made the stay even better. Airport shuttle was on time, and clean – had water waiting for us at pick up from the airport. Honestly I had a really good time here – I would definitely go back. My only complaint was that they only gave 1 roll...
