“Excellent amenities, staff were very helpful and food was excellent.”

“First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . It was not done . Biggest problem - the staff is not trained in handling if any medical issues arose . Not……

“This hotel wants to be a luxury property but it is not. The main problem is the noise. The windows of the room can open and the mechanisms to keep them close don't do a great job, so you hear ALL the noise coming from the street: every motorcycle going by, every honking car, dogs barking, all of it! You will not have a good night sleep at this property. Save your money and go to a much cheaper place that will give you the same experience. This place is definitely not worth the premium.
