Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Fridge freezer was leaking all over the kitchen floor also the washing machine was leaking on to the kitchen floor. There were cobwebs on the shower cord and it was dirty. Drainage in the bathroom was not draining properly. Bedroom "D" assigned to me was not cleaned ready for occupancy. Garbage bin was full. Dusting was not done especially under the bed. My groceries were removed and disposed of 2 days prior to me leaving. Approximately $30.00 CAN for the groceries. I paid the cleaning Lady an additional $16.50 CAN on my credit card to clean my room. I would like reimbursement for the groceries and cleaning and a possible reimbursement for the room as I feel it was not as advertised. Not able to e-mail the Owner/Landlord or contact him, i think his name is Mo. I left the room tidy and clean upon my vacancy. All in all I am very disappointed with my experience/accommodation at this location. Please let me know your thoughts. Sincerely Robert Gladwell.
