“100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. Really sad we only stay for one night and definitely we would come back for more nights afterwards. ”

“I want to live in this apartment! Situated in a fully renovated art deco-era apartment block, only a few houses back from Lake Wendouree, this place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfy, reasonably priced, great communication with the host. The artworks were impressive too.

“We had a great stay in Ballarat! The house is newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Communication with the host was seamless and very easy from start to finish.
A couple of small additions would make the space even better: privacy curtains or proper blinds in both the bedrooms would be a helpful upgrade, and adding a mirror in the main bedroom would make getting ready much easier.
Overall, a very comfortable and well-kept home. We would happily……

“The door to the backyard was not functioning. That is a bungalow (separated room from the main building) which has no gas heater, kitchen facilities, no fly screen or security door.
As it’s not under the main roof, it’s very inconvenient when it’s raining.
One of the bedrooms has two bathrooms and toilet. Another bedroom has no toilet or bathroom attach to it.
It’s an old building with a very nice view of Lake Wendouree. Located in one of the upmarket suburbs of Ballarat. It is good for……
