“The Everspring Inn continues to be my go-to place to stay when I travel to Oskaloosa. With that said, the staff needs to do a better job keeping the breakfast area fully stocked. The juice dispenser was empty when I ate at 8:30 a.m. and was still empty one hour later.”

“The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night……

“This hotel is 2 stories and has no elevator. We were given a 2nd story room. When told there was no elevator I explained my 77 year old husband can’t do stairs the young gentleman at the desk apologized and in minutes had a room for us on the 1st floor. Very nice man. This is a fairly new hotel and very clean. Good location. I would stay here again.”

“Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. ”
