Perfect apartment for anyone visiting Leipzig. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to public transportation for access to Leipzig Markt and shopping. One block to park and nice walking trails. This was our second time staying here and will certainly use it again for our next visit.

Nice appartment near at the centre of Leipzig.Excellent great appartment with all amenities. We had rental bikes, (hired near at the Bahnhof), city centre is in 15 mins, very easy. Small disadvantage the noise when the gate of the main terrain will be closed hard.

Well appointed flat

The flat is quiet, large, clean, comfortable and very well appointed and our host, Dirk, was extremely helpful. The lounge - formerly a shop - is quirky. There’s a small balcony overlooking the car park area for all the flats. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the tram and approx. 10 minutes’ tram ride into the centre of Leipzig.

Schöne Größe, großes Bad, schöne Küche. Rundherum war sie gut. Heizungen und warmes Wasser top Gut waren, die vielen Lokalitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte ist gut. Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war die Treppe von Wohnzimmer in den Flur. Daher weniger geeignet für Familien mit ganz jungen Kindern. Wenn man Kinder hat, achtet man etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit. Überwiegend sauber aber unterm Teppich, Sofa, Bett und Schränken war es nicht sauber. Wenn ein Spielzeug runterrollt, war es danach nicht ganz sauber. Teilweise laute Nachbarn (dafür kann der Anbieter wenig) Parkplatz Situation ist ok.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in Gründerzeitviertel. 200m zur nächsten Bushaltestelle in die Stadt. 500m zu den Parks und Grünanlagen der Stadt10km mit dem Fahrrad zum Codbusener See. Ideale Lage für einen Urlaub mit Fahrrad. Umgehende Hilfe des Vermieters bei Anfragen. Jederzeit wieder.

Schönes Leipzig

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, liegt ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und ein kleiner Balkon zum sitzen ist auch vorhanden. Szene Restaurants auch in der Nähe. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele vorhanden.Stadtmitte ist leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Für Kurzurlaub geeignet mehr nicht

Zusammen gewürfelte Möbel. Sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Couch ist völlig abgenutzt. Küchenutensilien mangelhaft. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Badezimmer. Der Rest ist wirklich selbst für den Preis völlig zu teuer.

Entsprach nicht den Erwartungen

Ich habe diese Wohnung schon mehrfach gebucht. Sie wird ein wenig vernachlässigt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Inventar wird nicht gepflegt. Schlimm war, dass ich als erwachsene Person in Kinderbettwäsche 1,30x1,70m schlafen musste. Man konnte sich nicht komplett zudecken kobbeausgestreckten Beinen

Schöne Wohnung in Leipzig

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Alles ist gut mit Bus und Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gegegeschmackvolleingerichtet. .

Eine schöne Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zur Tram und damit zur Innenstadt. Das einzige Manko ist das Sofa im Wohnzimmer, welches etwas ungemütlich ist. Ansonsten ist alles toll.
