Ein super Loft

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen schön eingerichteten Wohnung in dem gepflegten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Christine war eine angenehme Gastgeberin. Die Küche war für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu unpraktisch eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stilvolles Appartement mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Es handelt sich um ein besonderes Appartement in einem wunderschönen Garten, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail, aber auch absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von diesem Standort aus Leipzig problemlos zu Fuß erkunden. Bis zur Karl-Heine-Str und zur Arena läuft man ca. 25 Minuten, die Innenstadt erreicht man in 45 Minuten und nimmt so viel von der tollen Atmosphäre dieser Stadt mit.

Tolles Objekt, tolle Lage

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll möbliertes Loft. Hell und großzügig, ein fantastischer Garten. Auch die Vermieterin super sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Dass es in dieser tollen Wohnung "nur" eine kleine Pantryküche gibt, war für uns kein Problem. Für Kleinigkeiten reicht es, groß aufkochen wollten wir sowieso nicht und wir haben den "Spüldienst" der Vermieterin sehr genossen ;-). Vielen Dank nochmal für die tollen Tage! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Stadtwohnung

Die FeWo ruhig gelegen im Grünen und doch in der Stadt mit kurzen Wegen zu Straßenbahn zum Bäcker Supermärkten Kneipen u. s. w. Traumhafter Garten der zum verweilen einlädt und nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt Sehr freundliche witzige Vermieterin die uns mit guten Information versorgte und immer für uns da war. gerne kommen wir wieder in die " Loft im Alten Backhaus" wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Eine stilvolle Oase inmitten einer Großstadt

Wie bereits online beschrieben, trifft man hier auf eine tolle Wohnung im industriellen Loftstil. Völlig unerwartet öffnet sich hinter einem Tor mitten im Stadtviertel Leipzig-Leutzsch eine stilvolle Oase. Ein wunderschön angelegter Garten mit viel Liebe zum Detail & kleinen schattigen Plätzen. Dort sitzend & entspannend könnte man auch meinen, in Südfrankreich oder Italien zu weilen... Wirklich beeindruckend! Auch die Inneneinrichtung mit viel Kunst, stilvollen Accessoires & einer autarken Kofferküche erfreut das Auge. Für neugierige & mobile Kleinkinder allerdings aufgrund der wertvollen Einzelstücke wohl er ungeeignet. Zu zweit absolut perfekt. Wir haben uns aber auch zu viert (mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen & einer ausgezogenen Schlafcouch) sehr wohl gefühlt. Zusätzlich ist noch die sehr angenehme Gastgeberin hervorzuheben. Diskret & jederzeit hilfsbereit! Für Leipzig eine absolute Empfehlung!!!

Tolles Loft mitten in der City

Herbstferien 2016

Wir haben uns in Leipzig und besonders in dieser ungewöhnlicheren Ferienwohnung absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich besonders für Freunde moderner Architektur aus. Der Garten ist ebenfalls großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Sicheres Parken hinter der Corteenstahlmauer ist möglich. Die Vermieterin ist stets hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nette Unterhaltungen immer möglich. Immer wieder gerne!

Schön und angenehm

Ein sehr schönes Appartment, ein Loft, und das heist: Alles in einem Raum. Also nur für zwei Leute geeignet die zusammen, gleichseitig ins Bed gehen. Aber besonders schön, sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, und bequem. Auch sehr sauber! Bettwäsche, TV ,Wifi, alles anwesend.Vermieterin auch sehr behilfsam. Im Gegensazt zu was auf der Website so aussah: es ist nicht möglich wirklich zu kochen. Wasser für die Küche muss mann in Jerrycans durch Vermieterin besorgen lassen und das fanden wir unbequem und aufwändig. Aber in der Gegend kann man gut essen zu guten Preisen. Etwas gehörig zum Domizil der Vermieterin. Sonst alles Okay!
