"Walking in to this hotel room felt like home. It was spacious and so clean. The lighting the beautiful, the AC was blowing, and it was spotless. Location: just a block from the beach and everything you could need. A supermarket right next door Staff: check in was a breeze and breakfast staff was so kind Atmosphere: parking was convenient and affordable. We didn’t hear a peep from another guest while we were in our room Breakfast: spot on with tons of fruit and something for everyone Room and bathroom: were immaculate, we melted into the bed and slept soundly. Things to consider: this hotel is on a busy street and your room may face it A swim hat is required to access the indoor pool Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer"

"Our air conditioning in our room did not work. We are younger so this didn’t really bother us as we kept the door to our balcony open at night. Though the room during the day was sweltering at around 80°F. Otherwise, a splendid view of the Atlantic and an excellent dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. Poolside with a couple of Apple Mules was a highlight as there is a cabana bar by the pool which also serves ice cream! Away from the city means an Uber, but they were around 5-7€ — cheaper than bigger cities."

"This was a hidden gem and a very interesting property in Obidos. It was fun to see all the books on every wall, nook and cranny ! Very unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. The restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evening so we had to go out into the walked city which actually turned out very well. Breakfast in the Literary Man was really good with an amazing assortment of pastries! The property is definitely older and a little worn but had a lot of character ."

"We had an easy check-in and a beautiful spacious apartment. We are casual golfers who had not planned on playing, but the course looked so nice we had to! The beds are large and comfortable. The WiFi, tv, AC, and bathrooms all worked perfectly. We played some family soccer at the outdoor pitch and would have enjoyed the pool except that a film crew was shooting a soap opera during our stay… it’s okay because instead we swam at Foz de Arelho beach 20 minutes away, which was one of our trip highlights. We are used to sharing a small room with the kids on holiday, so having a dining room and separate bedrooms felt luxurious! Breakfast was nice, with decent plant-based options. A highly recommended stay!"

"The hotel is centrally located, clean, and convenient for going in and out of the beach and the town. The staff were very friendly. I thought the hotel might be noisy given its location and the restaurant downstairs but I didn't find it so. I slept well. The air conditioning worked well. My room was small but it was well laid out, so it was easy to move around in. I was on my own. It would have been tight for two people moving around at the same time. The front rooms face the sea, but there was a common balcony at the end of my hallway. I was in a room on the side but could also see the sea from my narrow side balcony if I wanted to. Bring toiletries or make do with the soap pumps by the sink and in the shower. The complementary breakfast was quite nice and nice to have. I would stay there again. A good value."
