「Highly recommend this hotel. The most unbelievably incredible view of the alps and Lake Thun (make sure you book a balcony room). Wonderful breakfast included (not just continental). Sauna, steam room wellness spa on premises. Friendly people, and cute mountain town; just about 15 minutes from Interlaken. Loved this hotel, we returned and booked another night after some traveling around the area.」

「The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest 」

「浴室老舊沒有抽風機只能打開對走廊的窗戶，走廊是鏤空的整棟建築物看起來像美國老舊汽車旅館，從一進房房間跟浴室都是霉味，房間潮濕被子蓋起來濕濕涼涼，暖氣沒什麼作用，因為是附屬樓所以也沒人可以處理這些問題，房間也沒電話可以讓你打給櫃檯，因為這棟建築物只有兩樓外面就是草地，所以雖然我住二樓還是有在房間看到蟲子」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「デザイン ダブルルームに2泊、シャワー室が半分ぐらいを締め、ツインベッドが置かれると、狭さを感じた。ベッドメーキングはあったがバスタオルの変えが無かった。 良かったのはパークホテルの名の通り、トーン湖の目の前のガーデンが広く、庭も行き届いており、安らぐ空間であった。朝食は品数や種類は他の宿泊ホテルと変わらずだが、野菜類が少なかった。湖を眺めながらサウナーに入れたのは良かった。」
