Do not book with them.We had a change in plans, but cancellation was no longer possible and no part refund out of goodwill was offered (OK, since strict booking conditions apply).We then tried to rearrange other options to slightly adapt dates, which would have resulted in travelling 3 nights for the price of the 5 nights already paid for, but we were willing to at least use some of the money spent.They confirmed that the newly requested period was available, but we would have to go through the booking plattform, where we originally did the reservation. (which is also OK of course).So we did exactly that and the rebooking request was sent from the plattform to baskey rentals.Only after rechecking with baskey rentals (as recommended by the booking platform), we received the answer that the rebooking request was declined and that what they really wanted was that we additionally pay one more night on the platform. That would have resulted in paying 6 nights for staying 3 nights!Since we were planning to travel in peak season, the 3 unused nights after rebooking would have probably been easily sold by them as well.I have worked more then a decade in tourism myself, but hardly met such a bad service mentality and cannot recommend any booking with this agency - be it directly or through a platform.We wish for them to change their customer attitude so other travellers do not need to make similar experiences.
