"We had a great time at this location. It was easy to find, right on the main road along Grand Traverse Bay. The property is a working horse farm and landscape business, so there is equipment and plants around. Beautiful horses grazing in the fields is a plus. The guest house is a beautifully rustic northern Michigan retreat. Lots of wood in all rooms. The loft was somewhat difficult to get to, by way of a ladder, straight up the wall. "The property was the perfect launching pad for our TC weekend. The outside lawn and property are nice but could use some improvement. The inside totally made up for it though. It was clean, had great amenities, and was cozy. The owner was prompt and great in her communications and even left us a welcome gift. I’d stay here again."

"I rented for two months while moving to the area. The cottage is located within a few miles of downtown, quick access to anything you need. The host was easy to reach & took care of any concerns quickly. Pet friendly too! I would definitely use this host again in the future."

"This house is older so expect some quirkiness. The location is fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to everything Traverse City has to offer. There isn't an enclosed outdoor area for your pet but the neighbor was really nice to walk in and I felt safe walking at night. Bring measuring spoons and a measuring cup if you plan to do any cooking as they didn't have these items on hand. The property could also use more kitchen hand towels.
